It has been a very busy week here at Windward Farm and we need to offer congratulations to these people on their recent acquisitions

Jesse and Katie Pentzer on the selection of Kaboom from former owner Anthony Fournier. Katie and "Boomer" will remain with Windward Farm and we are so happy to welcome her back into the Morgan Horse family.

Jane Soura congratulates Diane and Mike Munson on the selection of CSF Gentleman's Queen for their daughter Sarah. Look for them in 2020 under the direction of receiving trainer Jackie Ross. Best of luck and we will be cheering you on!

We are also pleased to announce the sale of Stonecroft Supernatural to Annabel Keating and family. We wish them and receiving trainers Sarah Devane and Christine Nava-Moulthrop of Timber Hill Stables the best of luck. Windward acted as the agent for former owner John Scheidt.

To all of the clients considering where they would like to show this season, the show schedule is updated. There have been a lot of changes this year with shows combining and changes of dates so please remember this is a potential list of shows only! We need 6 horses to leave the farm and as a couple of them will now have conflicting dates remember - MAJORITY RULES!

We have been very busy showing and promoting the horses and riders of Windward Farm this summer at multiple shows. But we have also had a very busy month in the sales department!

Casey Machado and McKensie Lewis on the purchase of Dragonsmeade Soloist from previous owner Donna Brescia. Agent for the buyer was Deb Gowans and he will now be under the direction of Highlands.

C & S Edwards LLC of Moore OK on the purchase of SSLLC Something Wicked from breeder/owner Kevin Schengrund of Schengrund Stables . Agent for buyer was Mary Shapee and she will now be under the direction of Majic Stables.

David Heim and Penni Bowers on the purchase of EKL Prize Contender from owner/breeder Eli Lapp of Colonial Stables. Windward Farm was agent for both parties and he will remain under the direction of Windward Farm.

Andrea Kocher on the purchase of SSLLC Outrajus from owner/breeder Kevin Schengrund of Schengrund Stables. Windward Farm was the agent for both parties and he will remain under the direction of Windward Farm.

Donna Brescia of the purchase of CBMF Transformational from Windward Farm. He will remain under the direction of Windward Farm.

We would like to invite one and all to join us on 1/12/14 for an afternoon of fun and fabulous Morgans! From 11-3 the barn will be open to the public for people to come see the facility and meet some of the wonderful horses that call Windward Farm home. There will be several demonstrations, refreshments and a heated lounge to escape the cold winter weather! Hope to see you here!
